• Plus-size model Robin Lawley just gave us another reason to love her: She penned an op-ed for the Daily Beast about the time she found a photo of her body was used on a "pro-thigh gap" Facebook page. "The truth is I couldn't care less about needing a supposed "thigh gap." It's just another tool of manipulation that other people are trying to use to keep me from loving my body. Why would I want to starve and weaken my natural body size? I'm not saying women who have it naturally are unattractive. But I would have to change my entire frame just to achieve something that seems so trivial." She continues: "I want my thighs to be bigger and stronger. I want to run faster and swim longer. I suppose we all just want different things, but women have enough pressure as it is without the added burden of achieving a 'thigh gap.' The last thing I would want for my future daughter would be to starve herself because she thought a 'thigh gap' was necessary to be deemed attractive." [

• Tori Spelling came clean about how she really lost weight after the birth of her fourth child in 2012. It wasn't by working out constantly, like she once claimed -- the woman had a caesarian section, after all. In her new book,
Spelling It Like It Is, (so many puns) she comes clean. "For several months, I couldn't really exercise. There was some risk that my scar would open up again." Plus, Tori doesn't really
like exercising. So she lost weight the old-fashioned way. "I liked to call it the Just Keep Your Fucking Mouth Shut and Eat Air diet. It's all the rage." [

• Yes, yes, we
would like a massage. While we exercise? Even better! The Trigger Point Performance GRID Foam Roller apparently does just that. It's made with something called 3-D matrix foam which mimics a massage therapist's relaxing hands, and so it feels awesome to use, and works great for toning exercises. How's that for multitasking? [
