During promotion events for "Mirror Mirror" in 2012, Lily Collins' hair was fit for a princess. Her dark, shiny tresses were worn long and lightly curled. Here, she has face-framing bangs and a half-up style with a good amount of volume.



Shoulder Waves
By the time of the 2013 Costume Designers Guild Awards in early 2013, Lily had taken some major length off her hair so her brown locks fell just past her shoulders. For the event, she went with beachy waves--a simple complement to her plunging black dress.

Lily Collins' short hair really began to come into play in the summer of 2014. At the Chanel Fall 2014 Couture show that July, she was sporting a super cute bob. A curl on one side and a flip on the other added plenty of dynamic movement.

Textured Cut
For a fall 2014 "Marie Claire UK" photo shoot, the bob was back, but this time straight and with a ton of texture at the ends. Renato Campora, the hairdresser for the shoot, incorporated volume into Lily Collins' short hair with a deep side part and a long, forehead-sweeping section.



Shorter Still
Lily took the plunge with a truly short haircut in 2015. She stunned at the 2015 Vanity Fair Oscars party that February with a voluminous cropped cut. The style was cut close around the ears and neck, but longer pieces on top were dramatically swept to the right, giving fullness to the look.



Dark Pixie
Lily Collins' short hair reached its climax later in 2015. Her then-dark locks were trimmed into a sleek pixie cut. The style highlighted her delicate features while wispy bangs added dimension.
