The dress is part of the singer's promotional campaign for her new single, "Do What U Want," which is a collaboration with R. Kelly. We're going to repeat that: It's a collaboration with R. Kelly. The outfit is fashioned from real live moss plants, which,we imagine, are exponentially less smelly than rotting meat entrails.
