Well a woman in Georgia had to try it for herself to believe it. She recently received a facial from a podiatrist that left her face burned and scarred. She is suing the medi-spa for damages.

So here it is again -- our public service announcement: Be sure you're going to a dermatologist for your skin treatments. Yes, even if it's "just Botox." And even if it's just "a little peel" you got for "a 75 percent discount on Groupon." Disasters like this happen all the time, and hey, you wear your face every day.
