Itchy

I've used this product three or four times and, each time, it made my scalp itch. I suspect it is the mica, which is quite chunky for my taste (it does not look particularly natural). Also: note that cocoa powder stains, so if you get this powder on anything...well, it's going to leave a mark.

can't live without it

I am a mom....and a red head (I'll be honest, it's not my natural color). I also have very fine textured hair that looks greasy the very next day after I shampoo it. Shampooing my hair daily was drying it out and also fading the hair color that I invest so much in. I started trying dry shampoos and fell in love with this Cult and King Hair Powder. My hair color doesn't fade as quickly now. SIDE NOTE: I love the cute bottle is comes in. I use this product 4 times per week and I've had it for 4 months and it's still not gone! It's a great investment, that's actually saving me time and money!

Smells SO good!

I love the Hair Powder Dark because it smells outrageously good! It adds volume to my hair and makes it easier to style. If you haven't washed your hair for a couple days, as my wife does to keep healthier hair, the Hair Powder Dark has a delightful (but not overpowering) cocoa scent to it that makes your hair look and smell clean. Who doesn't love chocolate?

This product is great. Read my opinions regarding the performance of it on my review of the light hair powder. Honestly the only difference is that there is one extra ingredient, cocoa seed powder! It's what is used to achieve the darker powder and rich in antioxidants and flavonols but the best part is that it leaves your hair smelling like mint chocolate. That in itself reason to get it!

Am Amazing Product for Fiercely Hair-Dyed People!

I recently decided that I wanted bright red hair! BRIGHT! And with the help of my hairstylist, I'm learning all the ins and outs of getting it bright and keeping it bright. The hair powder is br...read moreown, but it doesn't come off on my pillow or clothes, and I put a lot all over my head. PLUS it adds volume and makes my hair look about 50% thicker! I LOVE that. It makes my brush smell like cocoa. To use it I lift up sections of hair all over my head and sprinkle a little or a lot of hair powder in each area, rub it in a little with fingers, and keep going. At the end, I brush my whole head to get the hair powder working everywhere. It makes my hair smell good and seems to add a little hold too.
