Love this system!
I received this system to review a few days ago and I love it so far. It comes with the application machine along with foundation, blush, bronzer and highlighter. The shade I requested was perfect for my skin tone. It is a little difficult to apply at first because Ive never used an airbrush makeup system before. After a couple minutes of playing around with it though it becomes easier. I like how...read more there is a dial on the system so you can control how much product you want coming out. I still need more practice on how to apply the highlighter and bronzer but I found some helpful you-tube tutorials. This is great for special events but because it takes some time to apply it isn't something I would use in my everyday routine. Flawless Face Secret Weapon
I typically wear liquid foundation and am very fond of my beautyblender, but was excited to give this system a whirl. Cool!
I've never tried one of these before but I like it a lot! It's easy to use and makes applying foundation less messy (powder foundation gets all over my clothes, and liquid foundation gets all over my hands. Ugh!). The blushes are really pretty too. I like the highlighter but I wasn't too impressed with that. I'd like to try this in eyeshadow form, which I think they have but I'm not sure. Magazine quality finish by a first time air brush user!!
For someone who is 48, doesn't wear much foundation and is intimidated by her sonic toothbrush.. I was surprised, okay, shocked, how quickly I mastered and fell in love with this system. I mean it is sooo much better than a liquid foundation and sponge application. Temptu Signature Starter Kit
I've been dying to try this set since I am a foundation GURU but been hesitant due to it's price tag ... so when total beauty mailed me one to test out you can imagine my excitement! And WOW the Temptu does not disappoint! I will say that it is kind of intimidating at first, but after watching a few youtube tutorials to learn the proper setup and application I was able to figure it out pretty q...read moreuickly. I will not be turning back to my regular foundation. The temptu leaves you with the most flawless skin, no make-up lines, and staying power like no other. I did not have any issues with oil half way through the day, where I normally have to use an oil blotting sheet by noon with any other foundation. In addition, the temptu formula is a one step face product. I found that I didn't need to use concealer for extra coverage, or finishing powder to set the foundation. Along with the foundation, I received a blush, bronzer and highlighter. First Time Air Brusher
I'll preface this for everyone. I've never used an airbrush system before. Luckily I have a good friend that is a freelancer and had used hers on me previously. Second thing I should preface; I LOVE DEWY NATURAL FINISH FOUNDATION. If you do not love this type of finish you would want to set with a translucent powder right at the end. I think it will be hard to ever go back to heavy, sticky, liquid foundation after using this system. And if the simplicity and user friendliness isn't enough to convince you to purchase this makeup wonder, the speed of application should. I've used this machine one time and it took me mere minutes to achieve and absolutely flawless finish. I used the full system, foundation, blush, bronzer, and highlighter to contour and brighten my face. This is easily the quickest way to achieve a perfectly sculpted face. Shockingly easy to use
I'm not a regular foundation wearer, so I wasn't sure I would like using the Temptu system. Now that I've tried it, I don't think I'd use another brand of liquid foundation again. It goes on so much lighter than anything I could apply by hand, but you can also build it up if you like heavier coverage. And I love how you can adjust it for spot application to cover any blemishes. I assumed I would have to go back to touch up the makeup with concealer, but I didn't. Plus I was able to find the perfect makeup shade using the site's shade finder -- SO easy. I really had my doubts that my foundation choice would be a match for my super super pale skin. The highlighters, blushes and bronzers are also pretty, easy to use and fun to apply. I guess my only criticism would be the system itself -- dealing with the system (even though it's pretty small, all things considered) and plugging in all the pods took awhile, so this isn't something I could see myself doing on a daily basis. But if I had a day where I wanted to look extra put-together or special? Absolutely. Temptu starter kit
I just got the starter it to try. I thought for sure I would screw up and look like a mannequin from a JC Penny store mid-70's era, but alas, no!!!! I watched the tutorials online and it was very easy. I have to say, I will be using this product for special occasions & events for sure! My skin looks flawless and it felt really good applying as well. Amazing!
I came home earlier today from running errands, surprised to see a big box from Total Beauty waiting for me on my doorstep. I opened it and was shocked that I had actually received the Temptu AIRbrush Signature Starter Kit to review. My kit came with 5 AIRpods: a foundation in 004 Sand, 2 blushes (Peony Pink and Soft Peach), a bronzer in Warm Glow, and a highlighter in Champagne. At first, I looke...read mored at the whole kit confused as to how to use it because I have never used an airbrush system before, but once I read the manual, I felt more at ease. Setup was pretty straightforward and easy as well. I only had time to test out one AIRpod so far, which was the foundation, and so far I am AMAZED by this product! It matches my skin tone so well and makes my skin look flawless and natural. Yay!! No makeup lines or smudges.
I just got this in time for a wedding, reunion and Thanksgiving! This is the BEST for applying bronzer and blush. The foundation is nice too. Covers well. No makeup lines, easy to use.
