A light weight hair product
This was the last of the three part sample from this site, and it was for fine to normal hair. These are said to have diamond dust in the formula which is what makes it I guess in a higher range. It is at the moment a twist off cap type and you scoop it out. It looks thick like a conditioner or deep condtioner. But, it does not stay like that. I used it both with the shampoo and conditioner p...read morerovided and with other types. It did not leave the hair limp, or look greasy looking at all. I tried it mostly at my ends but on the last day of experimenting, I let my hair dry naturally and put it higher up towards the roots. Of the three, it would be the one I would most recommend and the reason why is heat drying hair protection, but since there were no instructions I can't tell if it is helpful against other elements like the sun or spending time in water. At the moment I also question availability and cost. To buy all three would be expensive and beyond my range. I recommend this not as a deep conditioning product but a protectant, and for people who want to style their hair. I use those jaw clips to give my hair body as I dry it one way or another. I love getting free samples to try from Total Beauty! The first thing I noticed was that there were no directions for use. I ended up going on the internet and searching. I work as a hairdresser for an ulta beauty and I've pretty much tried every product. This is by far the best mask I have ever used. My hair is dry, course, color-treated, sometimes bleached, frizzy and curly and after one treatment of this my hair was super shiny, soft, smooth, and silky. Awesome!
Purchased this at a beauty supply for only $8! Was using a very expensive hair mask but didn't want to spend alot of money repurchasing the same product. Wella has a great reputation and their products smell great! I've used this after coloring my hair and I have strawberry-blonde hair. This makes my hair shiny and smooth. As it didn't come with instructions, my first instinct was to use it as a leave-in type treatment. Good thing I looked online first, because apparently that's not the case. I can't say I hated this product, but I definitely didn't love it. Maybe I had high expectations because it's a professional (and I thought reputable) brand. Lack of Directions-sheer Brilliance-NOT!
I thought the shampoo and conditioner were usefulm however I found I needed to switch to a clarifying product every other day to prevent the intense scalp itch caused by buildup. The total lack of instructions for the treatment product was bad news and I initially shelved it till I got around to searching out the usage directions on the Internet.
