I never have enough of these on hand (one on my vanity, another in the bathroom, and yet another in my purse). Inventive.....
Enjoy the primer on this but I hardly ever use the liner sealer since I don't want to contaminate my eyeshadow by putting a wet brush in my eyeshadow. The primer is pretty good. It gives my eyeshadow a really nice base that for some reason, I can't achieve the same look with some of my other high-end eye primers. This primer makes my eyeshadow look soft and not too extreme if that makes any sense....read more I love how this isn't a liquid or gel form like most eye primers but a stick that glides across my lid and I can just pat it out with my ring finger. The new Studio line from ELF is THE best. I use this to set my ELF eye shadow, and this keeps it looking fresh and true all day long. I haven't had any issues with color fad or creasing yet, even in the summer heat. I love the eye liner side. Just wipe the tip off when you are done. The primer goes on very creamy, and it has such good coverage, it makes an excellent under eye concealer as well - just apply a little face powder over it to set it. Most amazing product ever!
So, when I saw this product at Target, my skepticism was neverending. It was only 3 dollars, and ELF is generally a hit or miss brand. What this product claimed it could do seemed way too good to be true. First of all, I don't really use the primer much. It's okay, but I use the Urban Decay primer potion, and it just can't live up to that. It's pretty decent though, and I'll throw it in my purse e...read morevery once and awhile. I do like how it has a tint to it so it evens out the skin on your eyelids. I can't say how it works on dark skin, though, since I'm extremely fair skinned. Now onto the liner sealer. Oh. My. God. I can't get over how amazing this product is! I've never seen this concept anywhere else, and ELF set a REALLY high standard for competitors. It not only turns any eyeshadow you want into eyeliner, it makes it WATERPROOF! And it really lasts forever. It also comes with a really nice liner brush/applicator. I use this almost everyday! I'll repurchase and repurchase this until they discontinue it (hopefully that won't be soon because I might die without this product). And it's only three dollars! I'd expect a higher end brand to price this at around 20-30, so it's a huge steal. And it's really high quality, even for ELF products. Everyone needs one of these in their makeup bag. it's a no from me

Eye Primer
Generally as an eye primer, it's a decent bargain brand. The liner sealer itself is really good especially for liquid eye liner, It keeps the colored liner in place. I"m not a big fan of the eye primer. It can be considered chalk-y and doesn't cover/prime very well.
