the best, bar none
I could sing the praises of this stuff all day. From the smell to the detangling power, it is just awesome in every way. Awesome to Perk up a tired Perm

Haircare turned Nightmare!
I loved the scent and feel of this shampoo and conditioner and my naturally curly hair looked great - BUT - everytime I washed my hair I noticed that my scalp was a little itchy. Soon it was SO ITCHY that it was driving me INSANE with scratching it. I stopped using it, bought some Y-Lang, Y-Lang Oil from an Aveda Spa store for healing the scalp and I bought some extra-strength Nuetragena Coal-ta...read morer Shampoo for damaged scalps. I got relief. Every other Herbal Essences product, including their haircolor, I've used has been great.
