SERIOUSLY GREAT BUT EXPENSIVE

Not a huge fan. I have done all sorts of blonde to my hair (dye, highlight) etc. I found this was not moisturizing like I needed, but actually somewhat drying.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
