Great texture
After trying another Garnier putty and hating it, my husband and I tried this one and we both really like it. He has short hair and I have long, layered, fine but thick hair that I like to wear loosely curled or go with my natural wave. Disappointing
I bought this thinking that my hair was going to look piece-y. I thought it was worth a try since it's $3. Even though it's $3, I plan not to buy it in the future. I have thin, straight hair and it did absolutely nothing except make it tangled. Love this stuff

Not for long hair
I have had this product for a few years and I use it every once in a while for a different look. It works well with short, texturized haircuts, but it is best applied to the ends of dry hair. With long hair, it tends to weigh it down, so it is best applied to the ends of very layered hair.
