My favorite
I love that this product is affordable! I have used more expensive heat defense sprays (i.e. Biolage) and I find the VO5 product MUCH better. It makes for a very soft and shiny style and really does protect hair from heat styling. It protects your color
This is the best drugstore heat protectant I have found! I personally adore Redken spray starch, but this is pretty much the same product but it doesn't have the setting properties that Redken's does. Must have for flat iron addicts
I flat iron quite often, and a few sprays of this usually minimizes damage. The spray bottle is perfect too...deposits a nice mist into your hair, just the right amount. Portion Control
Your liking of this product is completely dependent on portion control. Overuse will make your hair crunchy and sticky. I only use this when I straighten. I have semi-fine hair and so I use just a few sprays per section. I am happy with this product. It seems to do what it is suppost to. Has a pleasent smell and I love the way the handle/pump works. It doesn't tire my hands like traditional pumps on top of bottle do.
