Not impressive

I don't love this. I prefer NARS Copacabana or MACs Luna for pinkish highlighting. I think I just find the application process too messy. I feel this way about all of benefit's highlighters I've owned. It might be better in a tube.

You'll fall in love

OK, I didn't believe all the "it's supermodel in a bottle!!" hype. All the reviews that said High Beam was like light you could paint with. Yeah, right. Well, it actually is. This stuff is fantastic. It's easy to apply, the colour is beautiful (if girl unicorns painted their nails it would be this colour :-)) It makes a HUGE difference to my general look. Just a few dabs - well blended - really g...read moreive an extra shot of "Wake Up" juice to your makeup. It really is like painting dabs of light onto your face. I use: three dots along cheekbones; two dots along bridge of nose; one dot under the high point of each eyebrow, and one tiny dot each at the inner corner of each eye. Then, blend, blend, blend... A little goes a long way, you really only need a few dots, so the bottle should last for ages. The silvery/pinky tone suits me really well - I normally struggle to find concealers & highlighters that aren't too yellow-toned for me. The only minus I can think of is the fiddly bottle: it's quite a nice design, but the brush is unwieldy, and also too short to reach down to the absolute bottom - when I get that far, I imagine I'll have to find a way to get the rest out! I think a pot of some kind would be better. Oh, and a tiny size for travelling would be nice, too....but overall One of my favorite highlighters. It is extremely easy to apply and the results are fabulous. Although it is a little pricey, the bottle should last for a really really really long time since each time you only use a really small amount. I really do recommend this for anyone and any skin type!

I have the deluxe sample size tube

This is a pretty good liquid highlighter. It adds a nice pinky glow to the apples of your cheeks if you're going for a dewy look. Adds dimension on the cheekbones. I do wish it was less pink toned and a little more peachy. It comes off just a little too cool on my pale yellow toned skin. But, it blends nicely and works as a good base for powder products. Looks good in photos too. Not too shimmery. More luminous, I'd say. It's a bit pricey but the quality is awesome.

So-so

This product is soft and pearly and looks nice on skin. I tried this product a few years ago when highlighters weren't as common in the market, and back then I thought it was fantastic. Now that there are many more choices this isn't the product I would go to for highlighting. It is runny, it doesn't blend easily (streaks galore) and is a time-consuming extra step that can be achieved with one of the ubiquitous powder highlighters that exist nowadays that look much more natural.

Really lovely highlighter

I liked this highlighter a lot. It has just the right amount of sheen to provide a natural and long lasting glow to the cheeks. It can also be used on the brow bone and cupid's bow. Love it!

A great complimentary item

This, tapped and smoothed onto the cheekbones and the browbones, is subtly stunning on everyone. This is a necessary item to have. Just watch out for the bottle, I have had a few of them leak in my bag.

Great highlighter

Gives your skin that dewy look but a little goes a long way because it is so shiny. One tube last you a long time too.

Love Benefit

I really like Benefit Cosmetics! I use quite a bit of their products and have tried many of their highlighters. This one is my favorite. I love the subtle pink glow this product leaves you with. I don't find it overwhelming or dramatic. I have used other highlighters where if you don't blend well, they look awkward. Not the case with High Beam.
