The Laura Mercier like of tinted moisturizers seem to have a nice range to cover many skin tones. I buy the porcelain color and it matches my skin almost perfectly. I use this as a "base" underneath a light dusting of mineral powder foundation and I find that my makeup looks perfect...

I've tried Christian Dior tinted moisturizer and Neutrogena tinted moisturizer as well and I keep going back to Laura Mercier. All of the products are fab. I also use the mineral powder. I use the oil free moisturizer and it works just as good as the one with oil. My BFF and I swear by this...
