I didn't find it difficult to use with the two steps, but shortly after starting to use it I began to lose my lashes really quickly. I stopped using it and it took me ages to undo the damage.

I was definitely not impressed. This product does not live up to its claims at all.

It was fairly difficult to apply before it hardened and clumped. And it was hard to wash off. The non-waterproof version is a lot better.
