best mascara ive tried and ive tried alot from exp to cheap and nothing compares and inexp a must try

This is the worst mascara I have ever worn. It clumps ALOT and leaves smudges every single time I've used it. Why it is considered as the number 1 mascara is beyond me. I woud rather spend a few more dollars and get the L'oreal Bare Mineral Mascara

I love this mascara because it is easy to find on the shelf, the brand has been around a long time, and it isn't expensive. One reason I wouldn't recommend is if you cry a lot due to it's not waterproof.
