i cant say this is the best..or even good for that matter its cheap but thats because it does not provide you with much of anything its too wet, makes lashes stiff, not very lengthening and smudges too much...overall i would not recomend it

I like this mascara but I have very sensitive eyes , after using my eyes started to itch and my eyelashes started to fall. It is really dark black which I like, I wish I could use it. It is pretty cheap as well. Will recommend to people who doesn't have eye allergy.
