I use to use this once a week for added moisture. It didn't really have any results good or bad. It's a simple moisturizer. I like natural products now so I would not buy it again.

I have sensitive skin, and when I put this on it immediately started to make my skin sting. I didn't try it again. I thought most of Bliss' products were softer on skin, but I found this one to be harsh.
