Before mastering any graphic eyeliner or glitter lips, it's essential that you understand the importance of a flawless base. Having poppy lids is cute and all, but can be overshadowed by a splotchy or cakey foundation job. To help you understand the basics of base makeup, we asked Bobbi Brown pro makeup artist Tia Hebron to show us how to apply foundation for a flawless look.
