Something about these pretty pink nails makes us want to throw a tea party and dish out scones and crumpets. It could be the proper mauve polish or the dainty floral accent nail. Either way, we're obsessed. The darling design was created by Sophia Prokoshina using Zoya Nail Polish in Jill from the Zoya Naturels (3) Collection. You don't have to be an artist to replicate her rose accent nail either. Prokoshina plucked the nail wrap from the Born Pretty Store, which features a ton of supercool nail wraps to incorporate into your nail art. Now if you'll excuse us, we have a tea party to get back to. Manicured pinkies out.

We're well beyond the years of staying out until 3 a.m. every weekend. In fact, we'd much prefer to cozy up on the couch with a bottle of wine and Netflix -- which is why we have to get creative with expressing our inner Kesha (because Lord knows she can't be fully contained). Our solution? A hot pink manicure that features a glittery gold half-moon nail design (since we're also past the days of body glitter, but we still can't resist a good sparkle). NYC manicure studio Paintbox fabricated these fun, vibrant pink nails which you can easily recreate using OPI Nail Polish, $10, in That's Berry Daring and Essie Nail Polish, $9, in Rock at the Top. Need a little help with your half moon nail design? Check out this easy tutorial.

It's just about spring (we can almost smell the fresh daffodils), which means the season of pastel nail polish is nearly upon us While the colors are comfortably predictable -- think ballet slipper pinks, robin's egg blues and soft mints.-- the nail art doesn't have to be (step away from the floral design). Case in point? This geometric nail design by Camille Elisa, aka Pshiiit_polish. Here, she uses springtime color favorites to create a captivating, orderly nail design.
To get the look, Elisa used OPI Nail Lacquer in Suzi Without a Paddle, Polly Want A Lacquer?, Getting Nadi On My Honeymoon and Coconuts Over OPI -- all from their spring 2017 Fiji Collection. There might still be snow on the ground, but our nails are in full bloom.

If there's one rule for trendsetters, it's that one must be fearless with their fashion -- and in this case nail art -- to make a statement. This bold nail design created by Nina Park (aka @ninanailedit), incorporates complementary pastel polishes and daring painterly strokes to produce versatile spring nails that go with just about any getup you rock this season.
To create the Monet-like nails, Park used Essie Nail Polish in Excuse Me, Sur, Smith & Cult Nail Lacquer in Bitter Buddhist, NCLA Nail Lacquer in Take a Dip, Dollar Nail Art Gold Foil and swiped on Sophi by Piggy Paint Shine Topcoat to lock it all in. While these fashion nails could've easily looked like a disheveled (and unintentional) mess, Park added structure to the watercolor nail design with striking metallic gold accents and uniform black dots.

While spring nails traditionally feature creamy pastels, this season, bright neon polishes are also taking center stage. One of our favorite hues: electric orange. It's the lively jolt of color we need to pull us out of these winter-just-won't-die, dreary-weather doldrums. Case in point? These stunning spring nails created by celebrity manicurist and founder of Jin Soon Nail Polish, Jin Soon Choi. To create the striking color-blocking nail art, Choi used Jin Soon Nail Polish in Grace and Hope. The vibrant tangerine orange creates a gorgeous contrast against the hazy gray, and inspires hope that sunnier days are in fact ahead.

Nail art is one of those photogenic beauty trends that we could look at all day long. Somehow, scrolling through photos of nail art designs whipped up by nail art icons like Deborah Lippmann, Jin Soon and Paintbox is simply addictive — whether we plan to execute the nail design ideas or not.
