Makeup for Green Eyes: Copper
We love the contrasting finishes in supermodel Taylor Hill's smoky eye: matte black shadow at the outer corners and crease and sparkly copper across the lid. Get a similar look with Buxom Eyeshadow Bar Single Shadow, $12, in Bronzed Bod.

Makeup for Green Eyes: Peach
Lake points to peach as another favorite shade of eye makeup for green eyes, particularly those with dark complexions. "Orange-y pinks are amazing on these women," says Lake.

To really enhance green eyes, try a monochromatic makeup look, like Elle Fanning's with peachy shades on the eyes, lips and cheeks; a multipurpose product like Ilia Multistick, $34, in All of Me makes this easy.

We love the subtle warmth of Amanda Seyfried's peach eye shadow paired with her orange-y red lips. Add lots of black mascara to avoid washing out your complexion.

Makeup for Green Eyes: Green
Make green eyes look big and bright by using similarly toned shades around the eyes. "I would for sure use green eye shadows and pencils on green eyes," says Lake. "My favorite shades of green are ones that have iridescence and shine to them."

"Green eye makeup can intensify the green in your eyes and make the look super fun," says Liu. "Darker colors tend to be subtler and easier to wear than the lighter ones." She recommends using a shimmery forest green eyeliner like It Cosmetics No-Tug Waterproof Anti-Aging Gel Eyeliner in Lucky Jade, $22.

Makeup for Green Eyes: Green
Hayden Panettiere's mint-green eyeliner shows how eye-brightening (and fun) green eye makeup can be. Take a page out of her book by focusing brightly colored eyeliner on your upper lash line only. Balance out the brightness with neutral makeup shades on your eyes, lips and cheeks.

Sarah Maxwell, makeup artist and beauty ambassador for Smith & Cult, says, "Whether you pile on a jewel-toned green hue or brush a bit of bronzed green shadow, you can never run out of ways to play up green eyes."
