Popsugar Barre Workout

Barre class can be a particularly challenging form of exercise. Doing repetitions of minute movements that target each individual muscle are a great way to sculpt your body, but a live class can sometimes leave beginner students feeling out of a breath and a little intimidated. So, what better a way to try a low-stakes barre class then from the comfort of your own living room?

All you need is a yoga mat and yourself to try this 45 minute, no-equipment Popsugar barre class. If you are a beginner, there are even varying people in the video doing different modifications of the movements, so you don't have to feel intimidated! If you like this class, Popsugar has a whole host of other classes to try on YouTube so you don't get bored.

Love to dance, but the thought of leaving your house in those cold winter months renders you unable to move from beneath that super warm blanket you've buried yourself under? Then throw that blanket to the side and sweat in a different way with Jessica James on her YouTube channel. She offers a variety of short choreographed Zumba routines, so you can be your own DJ and pick and choose the songs you want to dance to. Maybe one song will suffice, or maybe you want to go full out and do an hour of routines. She explains the moves as she goes, so don't feel bad if you're not the most coordinated.
