The Liquid Liner That Gets it Right Every Time
I've been a fan of winged liner for as long as I can remember. It's a staple in my beauty routine basically every day. I've acquired quite the collection in my search for the perfect eye liner, only to be disappointed time and time again. Some liners are too stiff; others, too runny. Some create drag along the eyelid, irritate my eyes or smudge before midday. Ardency Inn Punker Rock On Waterproof Liquid Liner, $22, is none of those things -- and I haven't wanted to use anything else since discovering it.

Ardency Inn's streamlined felt-tipped pen has the perfect amount of firmness and flexibility to hug the lash line and give a non-stop application of product with absolutely no drag. It fits perfectly into my hand, giving me the freedom to draw the daintiest lines to the boldest cat-eyes. While most waterproof makeup wreaks havoc on my eyes, this formula is gentle and doesn't irritate at all. And best of all, my winged liner lasts all day -- from the moment I apply it to the time I wash it off (and it comes off easily with my facial cleanser.)

The $7 Find That Gives Me the Softest, Shiniest Hair Ever
In the past few months, my hair has taken quite a beating. I've highlighted it, permed it (less weird than it sounds) and started washing it more thanks to an increase in my workout schedule. All that abuse left me with hair that was dull and dry. Sad!

My first instinct was to reach for a leave-in conditioner. But when you have hair as fine as mine, conditioning sprays can, in a cruel twist of fate, be too moisturizing and leave you with greasy, Gollum-like strands. After some trial and a lot of error, I got my hair on Garnier Fructis Moisture Lock 10-in-1 Rescue Leave-In Spray, $6.99, and was instantly hooked. It uses a combination of fruit proteins, vitamins B3 and B6, cactus extract and witchcraft to thoroughly hydrate hair without turning it into a limp mess. It also adds tons of shine -- I've all but forgotten about my hair oils and serums -- and protects against heat damage and breakage. And it has a subtle scent that is legitimately amazing -- fruity but not cloying. Basically, don't be surprised if you catch me practicing my best shampoo commercial hair flip. --Allie Flinn

The 3-in-1 Multi-Tasker That Cuts Down My Get Ready Time
It's a well-known fact that I'm pretty much lazy AF when it comes to getting ready in the morning. I hit snooze until the last possible second, and then frantically try to complete my skin care routine, style my hair, throw on a full face of makeup and be out the door in under 30 minutes. Yes, I'm a get-ready ninja, but I also have the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30, $52 -- which saves me more than a couple steps (and minutes).

What is this magical multi-tasker you ask? It's a color-correcting moisturizer, which also contains SPF 30. The rich texture of the (initially) green goop, sinks into your skin and magically transforms a red, uneven complexion into a neutralized even skin tone, making this a perfect pre-makeup primer. But that's not all; the color-corrector is superhydrating and keeps my skin plump and full, while simultaneously protecting it from harmful UV rays with its SPF 30. Having this little baby on my vanity allows me to skip a separate moisturizer and sunscreen, and I use far less concealer to cover red spots or blemishes. The best part? The moisturizer prevents further breakouts and reduces redness over time with its healing tiger grass ingredient, which helps support skin experiencing inflammation, redness and blemishes.

Yes, this stuff is basically magic in a bottle, and my skin (and sleep schedule) has never been more happy. -- Jessica Amaris

The Eye Makeup Remover Pads That Can (Gently) Take Off Anything
I have annoyingly sensitive eyes, and I find most serious eye makeup removers to be incredibly irritating. I also have a deep love of waterproof felt tip eyeliners -- which is not a good combination.

Fortunately, Burt's Bees Eye Makeup Remover Pads, $6, exist, and they are beyond gentle. The fabric is silky soft and the formula feels refreshing -- almost cooling -- on your lids. (That sensation is thanks to soothing kiwi extract.) They're also moisturizing but not oily, and they can take off anything -- even my favorite, impenetrable Marc Jacobs Magic Marc'er. They're only $6, and they're so good, you only need to use one for both eyes.

Now, I can go to bed with neither messy leftover liner nor puffy, red eyes -- meaning I no longer scare my husband. -Dawn Davis

The $5 Lipstick That Just Won't Quit
As a beauty editor I've swiped hundreds -- maybe thousands -- of lipsticks in pursuit of perfection. And along the way, I've developed pretty lofty (read: nearly unattainable) expectations. An amazing lipstick should last from my first cup of coffee through evening cocktails. It should be incredibly pigmented and never drying. Oh, and it shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. Though this sounds like a tall order, the answer to my lipstick wish list recently crossed my desk.

Wet n Wild MegaLast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick, $4.99, is a lipstick-lover's dream come true -- in one ridiculously affordable package. The formula packs a ton of pigment, feels comfortable and immediately dries to a stunning matte finish. It wears all day long without budging a millimeter. When I apply it first thing in the morning, I have no doubt it'll still be intact when bedtime rolls around. It's also a breeze to apply. Its applicator is shaped a little like a Barbie foot (hear me out), which allows it to perfectly hug the contours of my lips for precise, mess-free application. Plus, I feel like a boss in Missy and Fierce, the lipstick's ferocious bright crimson shade.

So has this drugstore lipstick achieved perfection? It's pretty darn close. --Mary Squillace
