Some people will tell you that summer bodies are built only in gyms -- but we're here to tell you that those people simply lack imagination. The way we look at it, we're constantly burning calories. Standing in line for an hour to buy your first Balmain dress from H&M burns 94 calories*. Reading "The Girl on the Train" for 30 minutes? Torches 44 calories.

While the following 15 activities might not burn quite as many calories as say, training for a marathon (or even some half-ass weight-lifting), with enough dedication, you may just torch that margarita anyway (or at least the garnishes...maybe). So stop feeling guilty about missing that SoulCycle class. We're giving you permission -- and ample justification -- to start feeling better about your life choices (half of which probably made this list of everyday fat-blasters).

Sure, wine has little-to-no nutritional value, but you can technically burn calories with every sip of that rosé (we're just choosing to forget that with every gulp you're also taking in more calories that you could possibly burn by lifting that delicate stemware).
