For some reason, this look just doesn't work for most white women (possible exception: Bo Derek). Fergie comes close to pulling it off but she would have looked better with simpler braids.
The ponytail makes this a little cooler, but Hilary looks like she's just had her hair braided on a beach in the Caribbean. That's fine for vacation, but leave the braids behind when you check out of the hotel.
While we have to credit her for making her famous beehive memorable, this style is a bit cartoonish. (Plus, how does she make it that huge? We're betting there's a Nerf ball stowed beneath all that hair.)
