Victoria Beckham's Eye Makeup
To get Posh's trademark eye makeup look, created with Giorgio Armani Maestro Eye Shadow, $26, in 7 and MAC Eye Pencil, $12.50, in Ebony, shade your lids with a neutral shadow and line the inner rims of your upper and lower eyelids with black or brown eyeliner. For the silky finish and long wear of an Armani shadow, try a Revlon eye shadow ($5-$8). Finish off with NYC New York Color Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil, $3.99, which comes in fewer colors than MAC Eye Pencils do but stays on just as well, according to users.

Victoria Beckham's Hair Care
Beckham and her hubbie, David, are reportedly big fans of the Alterna line, particularly Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Moisturising Shampoo, $30, and Conditioner, $32. To keep her color-treated hair healthy, she has used Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging products, but you can get the same moisture benefits without luxuries like caviar extract (a source of protein). Try Tresemme Silky & Smooth Shampoo and Conditioner, $4.49 each (and that's for the big bottle), which contain silk proteins, wheat proteins, soluble collagen and vitamin H.

Victoria Beckham's Hairstyle
While Beckham, to our knowledge, wasn't quoted saying Magic Move Hair Pomade, $18, and Garren Designing Spray Tonic, $25, were her favorite hair products, they are what New York hairstylist to the stars Garren used to style her super-short, pixie cut. Get the same, texturized look by applying Goldwell Double Boost Root Lift Spray, $18, (also alcohol-free) to damp hair, then working a pea-sized drop of Paul Mitchell Dry Wax, $12.99, or Alberto VO5 Red Reworkable Putty, Play! It Again, $3.39, through hair after blow-drying.

Kudos to nearly every major women's mag and a number of blogs for reporting on Victoria Beckham's favorite beauty products -- and just in time for her book, "That Extra Half an Inch." We just have one question: What are we to do with this info? (It's not like most of us can get an $800 haircut, caviar shampoo and La Prairie eye cream.) Answer: Check out our breakdown of more affordable alternatives that share similar ingredients, deliver great results and get great reviews.
