For the silky finish and long wear of an Armani shadow, try a Revlon eye shadow ($5-$8). Finish off with NYC New York Color Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil, $3.99, which comes in fewer colors than MAC Eye Pencils do but stays on just as well, according to users.
