Upbeat: "You look hot and saucy. Your skin is glowing!"
Downbeat: "Your eyes need to look more awake; they should be lined."

Make it wearable: Sweep a sheer wash of gold shadow on top lids and lower lash lines without extending the line. Then swipe on two coats of brown-black mascara to give eyes more definition.

Upbeat: "It might work if it was toned down a bit and if you lost the lashes."
Downbeat: "You look like a deranged baby doll."

Make it wearable: For an office-friendly look that still gives off a girlish vibe, sweep pink blush on the apples of your cheeks and wear a matching pink lipstick. Outside the office you can have more fun, yet still tone down the look by applying the blue shadow on top lids just to the creases, and swapping the false lashes for a simple coat of black mascara. Then go easy on the pink blush and lipstick by using sheer formulas and a light hand.

Upbeat: "Want to go to a movie premiere with me?"
Downbeat: "You're all glammed up today. Did you lose a bet? Or did you have a job interview?"

Make it wearable: The lip look you see is the result of many layers lipstick, so swipe on one sheer coat of a magenta or purple-colored lipstick to tame it down. Just be sure to apply the lip color before anything else so you don't overdo the rest of your face.

Upbeat: "The makeup really makes your eyes stand out, and your skin is radiant."
Downbeat: "I think those lashes should only be worn at a night club."

Make it wearable: Forgo the false lashes and instead swipe on multiple coats of your favorite volumizing mascara. That alone will make this look more daytime-friendly.
