Rosemary Body Treatment
To invigorate your mind and restore your well-being (while sloughing off dry skin), try this great bath recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Rosemary
1 bowl of water
1 cup Epsom salts
2 teaspoons of olive, grapeseed or jojoba oil
12 drops of lavender essential oil

Directions: Steep rosemary in a bowl of boiling water for 30 minutes. While your bath water is running, use a dry brush or loofah over your entire body to get rid of dead skin. Strain the rosemary-infused water into a jug or bowl and add the Epsom salts and oil. Stir thoroughly and pour into bath water. To complete this wonderful brew, drop in lavender oil.

That's why we asked spa owners, beauty authors and brands for relaxing, DIY at-home recipes to help mom unwind on Mother's Day. All of these are quick, easy and you can make them with stuff that's already in your kitchen.
