Face:
Step 1: Use a sheer foundation to even out your skin tone.

Step 2: Dust a bright orange blush (try Shu Uemura Glow On in Orange 55, $21) on the apples of your cheeks.

Eyes:
Step 1: Sweep a deep, true gold (not bronzy) shadow (try Urban Decay Deluxe Eyeshadows in Honey, $17) on lids only. Blend a warm brown shadow (try Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow in Mahogany, $20) along the crease and outer corners of your eyes.

Step 2: Use a black liquid liner (try Lancome Artliner, $27, which is like a felt tip pen) and follow your natural eye shape on the top lid, staying close to the lash line.

Step 3: Line the inner rims of your eyes with a soft brown eyeliner (try Bourjois Kohl & Contour in Brun Expressif, $11.50).

Step 4: Apply black mascara, focusing most of the product on the upper outer lashes. Then just barely coat bottom lashes (try Clinique Lash Power Mascara, $14).

Lips:
Step 1: Fill in your lips with a neutral-colored lip liner that matches your natural lip hue (try N.Y.C. New York Color Classic Lipliner Pencil, $1) and follow up with a natural-colored or clear gloss (try Hourglass Extreme Sheen Gloss in Verse, $28).

This chic look works for day or night.

Face:
Step 1: Apply a medium- to full-coverage foundation for a flawless finish.

Step 2: Sweep a matte bronzer (try Physician's Formula Baked Pyramid Matte Bronzer, $12) along cheekbones, forehead and temples, and finish with a very light dusting all over your face.

Step 3: Apply a natural-looking blush that's close to your skin tone (try Maybelline New York Expert Wear Blush, $5.49) along apples of cheeks.

Eyes:
Step 1: Blend a matte taupe-brown shadow (try Hourglass Shade Eyeshadow in Cocoa, $22) across lids into creases.

Step 2: Sweep gold shimmery shadow (try MAC Eyeshadow in Honey Lust, $14) from the inner corners of your top lids to about halfway across the lid.

Step 3: Swipe white cream shadow or highlighter (try Bobbi Brown Shimmer Wash Eye Shadow in Bone, $20) underneath the brow bones.

Step 4: Line inner rims of eyes with black pencil liner (try Sephora Keep Kohl! Waterproof Liner in Keep Black, $8).

Step 5: Apply black liner along your top lash lines, keeping the line very thin.

Step 6: Blend a mix of gold and brown shadows (try the gold shadow you used above and Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow in Mahogany, $20) along bottom lash lines and smudge it toward the outer corner of your eyes to create a soft winged look.

Step 7: Apply several coats of black mascara (try Too Faced Lash Injection, $19.50) onto top lashes, and one coat to bottom lashes.

Lips:
Step 1: Slick on a nude or clear-colored gloss (try Sally Hansen Diamond Lip Treatment in Champagne Toast, $4.99) for a high shine, yet natural look.
