Sweat reduction treatment
Stress on the job can get you a little (or OK, a lot) sweaty, which can be the cause of many a fashion-malfunction. While perspiration is normal (regulated by the autonomic nervous system) and for most part manageable with a good antiperspirant, some people suffer from hyperhidrosis, a condition where the creation of sweat is excessive, says Sendogan. "Most people who suffer from hyperhidrosis dont even realize it; they expect that they are sweating due to changes in hormone levels, which is possible, but not always the case," he says. For those dealing with excessive sweat, doctors can now alleviate hypersensitive sweating with Botox, which works to disable sweat glands in problem areas.

The procedure takes about 20 to 30 minutes and "underarm sweating will be decreased by 90 percent within 48 hours and the full effect will be felt within one week," says Sendogan. One treatment lasts from six to 12 months and costs about $850.

LED teeth whitening
You could take an hour and spend hundreds of dollars getting your teeth whitened with lasers, only to suffer discomfort and be restricted from colored foods and drinks for 24 hours (hello, coffee?). Or you could opt for LED teeth whitening, which is a fraction of the cost (about $90) and takes just 20 minutes in the dentist's chair.

Oh, and as an added bonus, feel free to indulge in that much needed 3 o'clock iced venti latte after the conference call. There are no food or drink restrictions after whitening with LED.

Facial redness and anti-wrinkle treatment
A new laser has hit the scene: The V-Beam Laser not only gets rid of redness in the skin from broken blood vessels, but it also diminishes fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating collagen production in the face. The laser light is absorbed by the blood vessels, but unlike the previous generation of similar lasers, the V-Beam doesn't cause bruising.

"The process only takes 15 minutes, so it is definitely something that can be done on a lunch break," says Dr. David Bank, Director of the Center for Dermatology, Cosmetic, and Laser Surgery. "A patient doesn't have to be afraid to show her face and continue her day at work because the treatment will not even show. The results can also be seen after two to three treatments," says the doctor. Price: $500 a treatment.

Varicose vein treatment
As many as 35 percent of adults suffer from unsightly, bulging purple, or dark blue varicose veins in their legs or feet. What used to take invasive surgery and two to three days in the hospital to remedy, the "lunchtime leg lift" now only takes 25 to 30 minutes with no major downtime. Ladies, it's officially the future.

A newly FDA-approved radio frequency can get rid of varicose veins through a tiny catheter that seals the veins shut with little to no pain and zero recovery. More good news: Most insurance plans pay for the operation, which costs about $2,000.

SilkPeel facial
A new skin procedure that features diamond-assisted microdermabrasion claims to address patient-specific skin conditions in 20 minutes.

It's being touted as celebrities' "Pre-Oscar Facial Miracle" due to its ability to brighten skin and fade dark spots caused by the sun, acne, aging, and environmental aggressors and is now offered by estheticians across the U.S. for about $600.
