Do Not Try Beyoncé's Ultra-Fast Slim-Down at Home
Beyoncé put on 60 pounds during her pregnancy with baby Blue Ivy, so it's no surprise she had to take drastic measures to lose that much weight before going on tour just a few months later. How'd she do it? "They had me on a treadmill. I ate lettuce," the singer said.

Of course, it was a little more involved than that. Her trainer, Marco Borges, reportedly moved into her apartment to guide her through twice daily two-hour cardio workouts that included dance, yoga, and Pilates moves.

As for her diet? Protein shakes, fresh veggies, pineapple chunks, egg whites, and lots of water.

Kourtney Kardashian's High-Intensity Workout Plan
Just six months after giving birth to her daughter, Penelope, Kourtney Kardashian dropped a whopping 44 pounds.

Kourtney reportedly turned to Tracey Anderson's 90-minute dance workouts to help her get in shape quickly. Anderson's program is a high-intensity cardio routine that targets lots of small muscle groups in the body. Kourtney has said that Anderson's workouts -- combined with lots of walking -- torched major calories. Plus, she also kept a close eye on her diet, eating lots of raw veggies, fish, and Quicktrim protein shakes.

As for Kourtney's go-to snack? Cut up celery with hummus and green tea.

Jessica Simpson's Post-Baby Diet Plan
If there's one mom who can't seem to escape scrutiny over her weight, it's Jessica Simpson. So, it was no surprise when what felt like the entire world was counting down the days until she'd reveal her post baby body via a Weight Watchers commercial.

Of course, the star says her Weight Watchers program helped her steadily lose the baby weight. Her fave meals? Egg white omelets, chicken satays, soba noodles, and shrimp skewers.

Simpson also followed personal trainer Harley Pasternak's five-phase workouts, which include a cardio warm up, upper body strength training, lower body strength training, core training, and a cardio cool down.

Along with her daily workouts, she says one of her biggest weight loss strategies was using her pedometer to make sure she reached her goal of 14,000 steps a day.

How Claire Danes Stayed Svelte During Her Pregnancy
While award-winning actress Claire Danes credits Spanx for her bangin' post-baby body, we saw her at the Golden Globes and we're not buying it. Spanx don't make you look that good less than a month after giving birth.

Danes has said that being on her feet during most of her pregnancy (she shot "Homeland" up until her due date) is the reason she got her pre-baby body back so quickly.

"I was working hard, so I didn't have an opportunity to gain much weight," she has said.

Megan Fox's One and Only Diet Tip
In just one month, bombshell Megan Fox lost 13 of the 26 pounds she gained while she was pregnant with her first son.

And while we have to hate her a little for the fact that she says she lost that weight without stepping foot in the gym, she did reveal one of her go-to slim-down secrets: no dairy.

"I try to eat whatever I want, but I don't eat any dairy, and I guess that's my biggest diet tip," Fox has said.
