COVERGIRL
COVERGIRL hosts a bunch of fun contests on their website that they notify their fans about on their Facebook page and the winners don't just get a measly lipstick, they get the chance to win a $2,500 Gift Card or to "win a day in the life of a COVERGIRL!" We don't exactly know what they mean by that since we live every day like a cover girl, but it's sure worth becoming a fan to find out.

Spoiled Pretty
Spoil yourself pretty (and cheaply) by becoming a fan of this beauty blogger's page. She does TONS of product giveaways on her website that she gives fans a heads up about -- from nail polishes and perfumes to fake eyelashes. You pretty much name it and it's being given away... well, beauty-product-wise that is (she's not giving away the annoying Chihuahua that lives down the street. Phew!).

Nordstrom Beauty
Did you know one of your fave beauty counters is on Facebook? Yup, Nordstrom Beauty lets their fans be the first to know about in-store events and brand promotions. For instance, they let you know weeks in advance if say, Lancome, is doing a gift-with-purchase promotion, or if a celeb makeup artist will be visiting a store near you or giving free makeovers.

Ah Facebook, perhaps one of the greatest websites ever created, well besides TotalBeauty.com (of course) -- shameless, we know. Started by some computer science nerds at Harvard, the little-social-networking-site-that-could quickly expanded to become everyone's favorite destination for distraction. People love it for a variety of reasons, which is probably why it has been such a huge cultural phenomenon. Where else can you keep up with friends and family, spy on ex-boyfriends, network or even see how many pounds the prom queen gained since high school? Whether you joined to build virtual farms (no judgment), or if you're like us and just wanted another place to gab about beauty products and makeup trends; you aren't alone in your obsessive adoration of the site.

Fan pages have recently become all the rage on Facebook. Love ketchup? Become a fan. Obsessed with Project Runway? Become a fan. Adore popping bubble wrap? Yup, you can become a fan. Get the point? You can pretty much "become a fan" of every product, service, celebrity or brand nowadays, but do you really want updates like "I bet my dirty sock can get more fans than California"? We would much rather be notified about things we care about on a day-to-day basis, like, you guessed it: free makeup and beauty products!

But with so many pages out there it's hard for any beauty-loving gal to weed through the good and the bad of Facebook fandom. That's why we compiled the 11 best pages to fan on Facebook. Some pages are stores, some are brands, and some are beauty bloggers, but they all do their best to offer you free beauty samples and products, alert you of sales, notify you about giveaways and contests and keep you up to date on the best beauty bargains. So if you're a fan of "free," fan these pages stat.
