Finding a sunscreen that won't sweat off into white streaks is one thing, but nabbing one that also prevents the rest of your makeup from having a meltdown is like spotting a unicorn in the aisle of Sephora. This product is that magical. Although it firmly holds blush and foundation in place until your evening face cleansing, it feels incredibly light and silky on your skin -- literally an invisible layer of protection.

Unless you're Alessandra Ambrosio, you probably have some body insecurity when it comes to slipping into that bikini. Mine is my thighs. While I wish I could tie on a sarong and just be done with it, let's be honest -- that usually just draws more attention to the problem area. Sure, I could take the time to slather on some tanner with a bit of shimmer bronzer and top it all off with an SPF spray. Or I could use Kate Summerville's new sunscreen, which does all of the above.

The worst part of having SPF in your lip balm or gloss is that chalky white residue that appears a few hours in, making you look like a dehydrated desert wanderer. Not anymore. Yes, Fresh's Sugar Lip Treatment is a favorite option around here, but this is an almost identical drugstore product for a fifth of the price. It even comes in several color tints so you can make sure you choose one that gives you a perfect-for-summer natural-looking flush.

We couldn't have a multitasking sunscreen roundup and not include a BB Cream. After all, BB Creams are like multitasking sunscreens on steroids. If you're looking for a formula with the highest SPF production, look to the original BB Cream masters: Dr. Jart. They've got a formula with SPF 45, which is as high as you really need to go.

I wouldn't say I have really oily skin, but I'll admit that by around 3 p.m., my forehead has a noticeable, er, gleam. If I'm spending the day on the beach, forget a "glow" -- my T-zone is downright blinding. So, instead of slathering on more sunscreen (which will only add more shine), I opt for a light dusting of this finishing power. It blots out the extra glisten and applies a fresh layer of SPF. Can you say win-win?

Sure, sunscreen season is supposed to be every season, but let's get real: We all start to really get conscious of putting on sunscreen when the weather heats up.

Flip through any women's magazine on stands right now and you'll see everyone is obsessed with finding the best sunscreen. Right next to the floral fashion spreads there's guaranteed to be some sort of sunscreen roundup. Most will have the newest releases, some will sort by skin type, and a few will feature the picks celebrities are buying.

Skip ahead to see the 5 best sunscreens.

If, like me, you see these stories and mumble your best "yay," keep reading. While I fully admit that, yes, this is also an obligatory sunscreen roundup, here's the big difference: None of these products are just sunscreen. These beauty products feature SPF at high levels (most above 30 and broad-spectrum, two crucial sunscreen attributes) and they're also just amazing products you're going to love.

So before you stock up on Banana Boat this year, see if one of these multitasking sunscreens is primed to become your new fave.
