If your office is anything like ours, right now everyone is still buzzing about last night's 2013 Golden Globes. Sure, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey were hilarious and Adele's speech was nothing short of charming, but what's really causing heated debate between our cubicles are the red carpet winners.

That's not to say the gowns weren't stunning and the diamonds straight up jaw dropping, but here at Total Beauty HQ, fashion always takes a back seat to flawless retro waves (well played, Megan Fox) and spotlight-stealing eyeliner (interesting choice, Nicole Richie).

It only took us a few hours and a few shouting matches (all in harmless fun!) but we selected the stars we think are the real winners. Dove celebrity stylist Mark Townsend worked his magic on the "Silver Linings Playbook" winner. "When I saw Jennifer's Dior Couture gown I immediately knew I wanted to pull her hair up to accentuate the amazing silhouette of the dress," he said. He used Dove Style+Care Nourishing Curls Whipped Cream Mousse and a diffuser to accentuate her naturally curly texture. He braided three to four inch sections of hair around her face and pulled the ends into a low chignon. Then, he secured it with bobby pins and locked it in place with hairspray.

Kerry Washington's pretty indigo eye really stood out on the red carpet. Celebrity makeup artist Carola Gonzalez used Lanc�me Color Design Infinit 24H Eye Shadow in Evermore Lilac to get the look. She kept the color concentrated on the lids up to the crease, and she balanced the bold eye with a nude lip.

The only thing better than Jessica Alba's peach Oscar de la Renta gown was the vibrant tangerine lipstick she paired with it. �The dress was the inspiration,� says makeup artist Lauren Andersen. �I loved the contrast between her glowing skin and the matte orange lip. It's an almost tropical pop of color that's not an exact match for the dress but close.� The color was Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Riviera, which is soft but matte and can last up to 14 hours -- perfect for an awards show.

We're still on the fence about Nicole Richie's periwinkle eyeshadow, but we instantly swooned over her flawless retro waves. After blowing out Richie's hair, Suave Professionals stylist Jenny Cho then used a one-inch barrel to curl her hair and pin the ringlets in place. Then, she blasted the hair with a blow dryer all over for 2 minutes to help set the curls. Next, after removing the pins, she gently brushed out the curls for a softer look and finished with a light misting of Suave Professionals Touchable Finish Super Hold Hairspray and a drop of Suave Professional Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil for shine.
