Did someone send out a beauty memo before last night's 2013 SAG Awards? The stars were all flaunting nearly identical beauty looks: rosy lips, soft waves, and classic makeup.

Since most of the nominees and presenters avoided anything edgy (except for Claire Danes -- the jury is still out on her vampy lipstick), picking a clear red carpet winner was a bit of a doozy. While none of the hair and makeup from last night's red carpet was groundbreaking, it was pretty. That's the thing with sticking to easy beauty: Yes, it's safe, but you're guaranteed to look gorgeous.

Not that we're complaining. We live for simple red carpet beauty that we can actually do at home. If you do too, keep reading to see the best beauty looks from last night's 2013 SAG Awards -- plus, how you can steal, er, borrow the look.

Best Hair
Not only do we think Amanda Seyfried won for best dress (in Zac Posen), she also takes home the prize for most enviable hair. The actress flaunted beautiful side-swept waves, created by Jenny Cho, Suave Professional Celebrity Stylist.

To copy her mermaid waves, create a deep part, and use a large barrel curling iron to curl five big sections. Then, spritz a paddle brush with Suave Professionals Touchable Finish Lightweight Hold Hairspray, $2.89, and gently brush out the waves to break them up and give a softer effect.

Best Nails
Not to take away from her perfectly coiffed pixie or her ultra chic Giambattista Valli gown, but Anne Hathway's manicure stole the show. The Best Supporting Actress winner displayed a winter white polish, L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Nail Color in I Will!, $5.99, topped with simple butterfly designs on three fingers. The monochromatic result proved that sometimes the smallest details are the most eye-catching.

Best Makeup
The breakout beauty award easily goes to Jaimie Alexander. We couldn't take our eyes off, well, her eyes. The subtle smoky effect was courtesy of makeup artist Jeffrey Paul, who layered three (yes, three!) eyeliners: Lancome Le Crayon Kohl in Black Ebony, $26, Kevyn Aucoin Eye Pencil Primatif in Defining Green, $24, and Lancome ArtLiner in Intense Black, $30. Then, he applied a few coats of Lancome Hypnose Doll Lashes in Black, $27, to finish the intense eye look. He kept the rest of her makeup extremely minimal with a neutral lipstick and blush.

Best Lip
Not only did Jennifer Lawrence show up to last night's awards with walking pneumonia (seriously!), her dress nearly fell apart halfway through the show -- and somehow she still managed to look this gorgeous. Plus, she nabbed Best Actress, debuted a new hair color, and showed off our favorite statement lip on the red carpet. The deep blue-based red color paired perfectly with her beautiful (if unreliable) navy gown.
