Sharon Osbourne is nothing if not honest. Which is why we totally trust her to come clean when it comes to the particulars of getting vaginal rejuvenation surgery. The 61-year-old star of the daytime series The Talk admitted on the British talk show The Graham Norton Show that she'd once had the vaginal plastic surgery, and it was an especially easy time.

"Having my vagina tightened," she said, "It was just excruciating."

Did we mention she made this confession in front of fellow guest Colin Farrell? Not awkward at all. Of course, she promised she'd "show him later."

Osbourne's a huge proponent of plastic surgery, and has previously admitted to having several tweaks. "There's not much I haven't had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether."
