UDPP is one of of not the best eyeshadow primer. It holds your e/s in place all day long. The only downside is the shape of the bottle. you lose a lot of product unless you want to cut the bottle opwn

my lids are sometimes dry and sometimes oily when i tried this my lids were on the dry side. it didn't do anything for me but make me look older. i have repurchased in a kit so i'm going to give it a try when my lids are oily.
