This eye primer is fantastic! It keeps my eyeshadow on all day, glides on smoothly , and unlike other primers I encountered, it goes on. I did not give this product a 10 is because of the packaging. The packaging is horrible to say the least because it does not allow you to get all the product...

I have tried a lot of eye primers and none of them come close to Urban Decay's product. It goes on smooth and is easy to blend and really helps your eye make-up stay put. I work 12 hour shifts and at the end of the day my shadow and liner is still intact if I use this product....if I don't there...
