I have tried a lot of eye primers and this one is the best. You can use any kind of cheap shadows with and they will look good and stay on. Sephora carries a supersize version now and then that is a good value.

I am pretty new to primers but I was very impressed by what it did. The color of my eye shadow looked brighter and it actually stayed in place (I compulsively rub my eyes, so that says a lot). This is definitely worth the money.
