I was SO upset that I could not use this. I've tried it 4-5 times and each time, my eyes water the ENTIRE time I'm wearing it and my eyelids itch. I couldn't tell you if it worked or not because I made such a mess wiping and scratching. I was so disappointed :(

Eye primers that are much cheaper probably work just as well, but this primer is fine. I feel like it works for a while but as the day goes on, it starts to smear away. It's good, but there are better primers out there for the same price or cheaper.
