Not sure if it does anything spectacular, but I do know I've been using it for quite awhile and it hasnt given me any breakouts or made my skin worse. So that's a major plus! It exfoliates quite well and does not overdry. Although it takes a bit for my skin to get used to it.

I love this stuff....I use it to cleanse my face every morning before I put on my lotion. It so mildly exfoliates and if I run out and have to wait a week until I get another bottle my face starts to get flaky.

This made my skin redder than a tomato and left it with more breakouts than before. What a waste of money!
