I did not like this product, My hair felt really dry while I had it in my hair . I had to use a different conditioner to get the feeling out of my hair. I certainly would not use it every day as indicated.

It helped repair previous damage to my hair,and my hair is softer.

i like Clairol Professional Repair Shampoo it did help repair most of the damage that was done to my hair from coloring it
