This product definitely lives up to its name. It is very gentle and soothing to my eyes and takes off even my waterproof mascara with ease. I have truly found my eye remover pads for life!!!!

its just not moist enough for me. When I opened the container, I loved the thickness of it but it felt practically dry. It does remove the makeup but I prefer something where I can feel the product in the pad. This fell short there, but did great in all other factors.

I like the gentleness of the product-it is not at all irritating like others on the market. Although, it did not completely remove my waterproof mascarra (washable mascarra ok). After 5 pads, I gave up. Also, the pads dry up over time. Save your money if you want these for waterproof mascarra.
