I could definitely tell a difference after about a week of use, but it seemed to make my teeth more sensitive. Sometimes when I would have the strips on, I would feel a sharp pain in my teeth for no apparent reason. I still ended up with the effects I wanted though.

This product is great once you can get into the habit of using it. The strips slide around a bit, but they work gently and I didn't have any problems. Watch out for the bases of the teeth by the gums because those can be accidentally left yellow if the strips are moved out of place. Overall...
