I love how this makes teeth whitening so much easier. Just put on a strip twice a day for 30 minutes,then brush your teeth with whitening toothpaste. It makes such a difference.

this product is really good. But if you have sensetive teeth you have to be carefull because your teth will be sensetve to cold ot hot food etc. It will give you good results but not a miracle. I myself like it and I only use this about every to yrs or whenever I go away in a vacation.
