I've used these many times in the past and if done for an extended period of time they have whitened my teeth a little. The problem is they are gunky and make my mouth feel gross until I can get it all cleaned out etc. And if only used for a short period of time (ie. one box) they haven't...

People always comment on how white my teeth are. The only negative about this product is the slimmy feeling at first, but I do like the way it works!!

these do whiten your teeth, but they hurt the gums and slip off very easily. They are very time consuming because they need to be used twice a day.
