I've used crest and listerine white strips and they both work. A lot of people commented about how white my teeth were. I did however have some sensitivity during use.

I dont know if it's just me but when i put these on my teeth i get in serious pain! So this is not for people who have sensitive teeth. I think they should make crest white strips for people that have sensitive teeth.

As a dental hygienist, I recommend the classic strips to my patients over the others. They are the least irritating to sensitive tissue and the results are really noticeable. I love them!
