This strips are very easy to use at your convenience. Stick them on and go! I have used them for a few years and always have had noticeable results. For the price, you can't go wrong. Especially since the whiteness lasts for about a year.

I didn't like these classic whitestrips, because you can feel and see them, although they do whiten your teeth, they feel a litle too uncomfortable.
