Well it's decent. I wish it was a little more moisturizing, but it did make it a little somewhat soft. Just not enough for me.

I have bra strap length hair and want to grow it out longer. I put this in my hair and rubbed it around for 2 minutes. When i rinesd my hair was very soft. I wrapped it up in a towel and let it dry. My frizzies werent tamed but my hair was soft and shiny!

This makes my hair so soft and shiny ^_^ I can't keep my hands off of it!! And my hair smells great too! I got the Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner because I want to grow out my hair even longer. But this is just amazing!

I love this conditioner! I have long, straight hair of normal thickness and this conditioner made it feel super soft and silky. One of my favorite conditioners!
